Course Description
In Put Me In Coach 101, staff members learned about the various forms of technical assistanmce and how each of them play a role in supporting staff. They also learned the art of asking questions to build capacity in their team. In Put Me In Coach 102 we go deeper, and start to examine our own bias and how it affects our decision making process.
In this workshop, staff members expand their knowledge of how to ask great questions and how to give effective feedback. Staff members also explore their own bias, and baggage, and how it informs their staff interactions. Staff members will also discuss different strategies for keeping staff engaged.
The workshop is hands on, fast paced and delivered in a blended learning environment and provides staff with multiple opportunities to collaborate and discuss the content.
